programs
that deliver.

Managing multi‑client, multi‑industry content and communications programs — inside agencies and independently.

Not just creative direction — program management. Budgets, vendors, cross‑functional teams, and delivery timelines that hold. Structure is what makes creative work viable.

Who I am

I run programs on clear scope, a budget I can defend, vendors and teams who know what’s expected of them, and deadlines that actually hold. That discipline comes from years inside agencies, juggling multiple clients and industries at once — there’s no slack in that kind of calendar, so you either build real structure or the whole thing falls apart. I bring that same structure to everything I run now.

This work has meant watching the ground shift more than once — print to digital, agency to remote, and now traditional production meeting AI. I’ve stayed close to that shift by working with it directly: training and fine‑tuning language models, judging what “good” output actually looks like. Same instinct as always — figure out what a new tool is actually good for, then build a process around it that holds.

What I’m looking for

A program, project, or operations management role in media, communications, or content organizations. I’m based in Durham, NC.
